  Staff were nice, but quality has gone downhill a lot since I was there last.
  Ordered three pairs on the basis of previous experience, had to have them re-altered three times as they could not get the fit right. After third attempt the fit is still average. The fabric is rigid, tough with little to no stretch- fine generally, but uncomfortable for skinny jeans and restricts movement. They refused to refund as they had been altered already, leaving me with $200+ of jeans I won't wear.

  11th Oct 22. Went there today to buy jeans. The sales assistant was more interested in looking at mobile phone photos than actually giving assistance. Seems Buying 5 Pairs of jeans in one go is no longer a priority. After more than 20 years as a customer. I wont be back. left the store empty handed. The sales staff person I spoke to today could not be more disinterested in actually giving service. All I would say is " Have a guess where your wages come from" Oh Yeah, That would be the customer.

  I was disappointed to learn that production has moved overseas. The reason I was going to Dejour was because they were being made in Australia and they are $65 a pair. If moving production is about cost, I would have paid 30% more for production to remain in Australia as their jeans would still be cheaper than most overseas made known brands. I'm now beginning my search for a company that still makes their jeans in Australia.

  On our first visit to Devour Jeans, we were surprised at the size of the shop after hearing praise by a friend. It was smaller than expected, and they don't stock a range of brands, only their own brand. That being said, I bought two pairs of jeans at $65 each, with free alterations done on the spot, leaving with perfectly fitting jeans. And despite being very busy, the staff remained both helpful and friendly. We left very happy satisfied customers.

  Nice quality reasonable ($55/$60) jeans with tailoring included. Great service and decent selection. Just be prepared to spend some time, there's not a lot of fitting rooms and people might take them up for a while. Definitely my go to spot for jeans in Melbourne.
