  I've been coming here for a number of years. Overall, Mina, Ali and Josh have been helpful and friendly. I have been able to discuss any concerns I had without any problems.

  My child had been prescribed antibiotics which we went to get filled at this pharmacy. The pharmacist on duty noticed that the dosage was far too high for a child. They took the time to ring the GP that had written the script, look up the Royal Childrens Hospital dosing guidelines and even worked out the correct dosage themselves. They then very kindly informed me they couldn’t dispense the medication because it was the wrong dose. I never would have known to check the dosage and my child would have become very ill had they taken the medication as prescribed. I am so grateful that pharmacist was observant and patient enough to pick up that error.

  This pharmacy is more like a gift shop than a pharmacy. They focus on selling beauty products at regular retail prices, and have as many options for cosmetic bags as they do for any other stock. They do have a small pharmacy area at the rear but they charge full price for medicine and are easily outdone by discount operators in the very-near vicinity. The staff are always nice and it is uncluttered and calm to visit due to low customer traffic.

  This is a fabulous store with fabulous friendly staff. Try asking Angela or Josie for help. They are two of the sales team and are fabulous too. Very helpful friendly and kind. They will do their best to assist you.

  EZGI- your belittling judgmental lying disrespectful demeanour really put a turn on my beautiful day. Not only did you refuse me my medication you rang my medical practice assuming I was pharmacy hopping.

  The retail staff are always so lovely and very helpful, however, the pharmacist is one of the worst I’ve ever met. Belittling, lying to and laughing at customers because of his own biases is unacceptable. It is not his job to judge why clients need a certain medication, challenge a doctors directions or spread untrue information. Do better Priceline, it’s absolutely disgraceful.
